A Collaborative Approach to Healing, Growth, and Change
Your Body Holds the Clues—Let’s Tune In
Whether you choose therapy or coaching, I integrate body awareness to support lasting transformation. Your nervous system, emotions, and behaviors are all connected. When you slow down and listen to what your body is telling you, change becomes not only possible—but sustainable.
You’ll learn to:
Regulate stress and overwhelm
Identify emotional triggers and internal blocks
Build safety within yourself
Make aligned decisions from a grounded place
You Are Uniquely You—And That’s Your Superpower
There’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing or growth. My role is to walk alongside you, challenge you when needed, and support you in reconnecting with your inner truth. You don’t need to earn change—you need a safe, clear space to access the wisdom already inside you.
Let’s Begin—Your Way
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide whether therapy or coaching is the right next step. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, explore your goals, and receive scheduling options. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see a reply.
You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re just ready. Let’s move forward—together.
Whether you're seeking therapy or coaching, the path forward begins with one courageous step.
If you’ve been telling yourself:
“I can’t change.”
“I’m always stuck in the same patterns.”
“I’ve lost myself trying to hold everything together.”
Then you’re in the right place.
My approach—whether through counseling or coaching—is collaborative, compassionate, and designed to help you move forward with clarity, courage, and intention. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and build a foundation for lasting, meaningful change.
Therapy or Coaching: What You Can Expect
Depending on your needs, we’ll work together in one of two ways:
➤ Therapy
Therapy is a space for deep emotional healing. We’ll explore your past experiences, trauma, relationship patterns, and nervous system responses to help you reconnect with your true self. My therapeutic work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and trauma-informed care. This work is ideal if you're navigating anxiety, shame, betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, or emotional dysregulation.
➤ Coaching
Coaching is action-focused and future-oriented. We’ll uncover patterns, clarify your values, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My coaching style is direct, empowering, and rooted in emotional insight. It's perfect if you're feeling stuck in a relationship, struggling with boundaries, or ready to rebuild your confidence and self-worth.
What to Expect in Therapy
Personalized, Structured, and Goal-Oriented
The first few sessions are all about getting clear—what’s happening, what you want to change, and how we’ll get there. I use a variety of assessments and therapeutic tools to help you gain insight into your personality, relational patterns, and emotional blocks.
From there, I’ll create a customized treatment plan that serves as our roadmap. I gravitate toward structure, so this approach ensures we stay focused on your therapeutic goals.
Therapy That Connects Mind, Body, and Behavior
One of therapy’s biggest goals is aligning how you think, feel, and act.
To help with that, I may suggest “homework” between sessions—simple reflections, journaling prompts, or body awareness exercises that support your growth. These aren’t tests or obligations; they’re tools to deepen your progress and help therapy extend beyond the session.
You Deserve Therapy That Actually Helps
Therapy should work for you. That’s why I’ll always be honest with you—and I invite you to do the same.
If something we’re doing isn’t clicking, let me know. I’m not a mind reader (as much as I wish I were), but I’m creative and flexible. We’ll adjust together.
And if you ever need to pause therapy—or step away altogether—I’ll support that decision with no guilt or pressure. Life moves in seasons. Therapy should, too.
If you’re ready to start shifting your life, I’m here when you are.
