Therapy focuses on healing — addressing emotional pain, trauma, and mental health symptoms. Coaching focuses on growth — helping you develop insight, skills, and accountability for change.
In therapy, I work as a licensed professional counselor providing trauma-informed treatment for individuals and couples. In coaching, I offer education, structure, and guidance for those ready to apply recovery principles and move forward.
Both approaches can complement one another, but they are kept distinct to protect confidentiality, ethics, and your personal goals. -
I specialize in betrayal trauma, sexual addiction recovery, and complex relationship repair. My approach integrates:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients identify and heal inner protective and wounded parts.
Polyvagal theory to support nervous system regulation and safety.
The Gottman Trust Revival Method and APSATS/CSAT frameworks to guide partners through relational healing and trust restoration.
I also help clients develop boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with their values after relational trauma.

Yes — if both partners are willing to engage in an honest, structured healing process. Recovery is not about forgetting or minimizing what happened; it’s about facing truth, repairing trust, and creating emotional and sexual safety.
With accountability, empathy, and guided structure, couples can build a new foundation based on truth rather than illusion. -
The disclosure process allows the betraying partner to share the full truth of their behaviors in a planned, supported, and trauma-informed way. Both partners are prepared individually beforehand to ensure emotional readiness and safety.
This process follows the Atone–Attune–Attach framework and combines principles from APSATS, CSAT, and Gottman Trust Revival models. The goal is to create truth, closure, and the potential for genuine rebuilding — not re-traumatization. -
Betrayal trauma occurs when someone you rely on for safety, love, or attachment violates that trust — through infidelity, secrecy, or addiction. It impacts not only emotions but also your body and sense of reality.
You may experience anxiety, hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, or numbing — all natural nervous-system responses. Healing involves re-establishing safety, reconnecting to your inner wisdom, and rebuilding trust in yourself before extending it to others. -
I work with both individuals and couples navigating betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, or relational recovery.
Some clients start individually to stabilize before bringing their partner in for structured couples work or disclosure. Others participate together from the start if both are emotionally prepared. -
Yes. All therapy and coaching sessions are offered virtually through a secure telehealth platform. This allows clients to attend from anywhere while maintaining privacy and consistency in their healing process.

I am considered an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, United, & BCBS. However, insurance companies are limiting access to out-of-state providers, so all insurance will need to be verified.
Many clients choose to self-pay due to privacy concerns and the specialized nature of this work. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Please note, I do not accept insurance for couples work or coaching.

No. My psychoeducational and coaching groups are educational and skills-based, not therapy.
They focus on understanding patterns, learning regulation tools, and applying recovery concepts within a supportive community. They are ideal for individuals seeking structured education and accountability without engaging in therapy. -
