Structured Support for Attachment Rupture, Betrayal, and Integrity Repair
Services
My work is organized in levels of care depending on your needs, readiness, and location.
Whether you are navigating sexual acting out, betrayal trauma, trauma bonds, or relational repair, the focus remains the same:
Rebuilding nervous system stability and restoring internal integrity before attempting deeper repair.
1. Self-Directed Online Courses

Sexual acting out and integrity-based recovery
Betrayal trauma
Trauma bonds and attachment loops
These courses focus on:
Understanding the nervous system mechanisms driving behavior
Learning regulation tools
Identifying attachment patterns
Beginning to rebuild internal safety
Courses are self-paced and accessible anywhere in the United States.
Healing Sexual Addiction from the Inside Out is a 14-module, self-paced course (approximately 3.5 hours of video) supported by a 67-page guidebook and module-specific worksheets designed to help you gently and effectively break trauma-bonded attachment. This course is designed to be completed at a slow, intentional pace — typically one module per week — to support nervous system integration and prevent emotional overwhelm.
Chaos to Clarity: Betrayal Trauma Recovery is a 10-module, self-paced course (approximately 2.5 hours of video) supported by a 41-page guidebook and module-specific worksheets designed to help you gently and effectively understand and get clarity around betrayal trauma. This course is designed to be completed at a slow, intentional pace — typically one module per week — to support nervous system integration and prevent emotional overwhelm.
Trauma Bond Breakthrough is a 10-module, self-paced course (approximately 2.5 hours of video) supported by a 46-page guidebook and module-specific worksheets designed to help you gently and effectively break trauma-bonded attachment. 2. Psychoeducational Groups (Waitlist Open)
Guided skill-building and co-regulation — Available Nationwide

These are psychoeducational and skills-based groups — not open-ended processing groups.
Groups are ideal if:
You want accountability and structured guidance
You are willing to practice skills between sessions
You benefit from community but still want clinical structure
You are motivated to actively engage in the work
Groups are open to participants across the United States.
