2. Psychoeducational Groups (Waitlist Open)

Guided skill-building and co-regulation — Available Nationwide

Groups provide a structured environment to practice regulation skills and deepen insight alongside others working through similar challenges.

These are psychoeducational and skills-based groups — not open-ended processing groups.

Groups are ideal if:

  • You want accountability and structured guidance

  • You are willing to practice skills between sessions

  • You benefit from community but still want clinical structure

  • You are motivated to actively engage in the work

Groups are open to participants across the United States.

Cohorts are intentionally limited in size.

3. Individual Therapy

Deep trauma and attachment work — Available in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Virginia, and Vermont

Individual therapy is appropriate when you are ready to move beyond education and begin deeper processing.

In individual therapy, we use:

  • EMDR

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation

  • Attachment-based trauma processing

This work addresses:

  • Pre-verbal attachment conditioning

  • Self-abandonment patterns

  • Trauma activation

  • Identity destabilization under distress

Individual therapy is available to residents of:

4. Couples Repair Coaching

Structured, Phased Attachment Repair — Private Pay

Couples Repair Coaching is designed for partners who are ready to move from chaos to structured repair after betrayal or attachment rupture.

This is not open-ended couples therapy.

It is a structured, skills-based, and accountability-focused process grounded in:

  • Attachment theory

  • Nervous system regulation

  • CSAT-informed recovery principles

  • Gottman’s Atone → Attune → Attach framework

This work focuses on:

  • Stabilization before impact processing

  • Structured communication

  • Accountability after betrayal

  • Rebuilding attachment safety

  • Phased repair with evaluation checkpoints

Couples Repair Coaching is:

  • Private pay only

  • Structured in defined phases

  • Appropriate only when readiness criteria are met

All couples begin with:

  • Individual consultations

  • A formal readiness assessment
